Who we are
Ashco Investment Limited sells land and plots in Kenya, with current projects around Konza and along Mombasa Road in Machakos County. Our office is in Eastleigh, Nairobi.
We take buyers to see the land before they pay, let them reserve a plot from KES 10,000 and pay the rest in any amounts, and process title deeds with our advocates once a plot is fully paid.

Reserve from KES 10,000
Hold your plot with any amount from KES 10,000 and pay the rest in any amounts. No interest.
Title deeds with advocates
Once a plot is fully paid, the title deed is processed with our advocates.
Every payment recorded
Each payment shows in your account with a receipt, so you always know your balance.
